Barry Larkin urges young athletes not to use steroids

The retired MLB player Barry Larkin notes about his negative attitude to sportspeople that have ever used steroids and/or other forbidden preparations. He claims that such baseball players who have ever been associated with performance-enhancing drugs must not enter the Baseball Hall of Fame. To be in the Hall of Fame is the highest honor that is gotten by baseball players. Barry Larkin has been elected for the Hall of Fame last year. He considers that dopers should not get the highest honor. They should see that they have made a serious mistake, when they have made a decision to take steroids and/or other related medicines. Their decision points that they should be out of this club forever.
Barry Larkin belongs to the most successful baseball players. He has won some awards, while playing baseball professionally.
Barry Larkin also notices about Pete Rose that is kept out of the Baseball Hall of Fame. This player has gambled on baseball games. That’s why he has been banned from professional baseball for the whole life. Thus, he doesn’t have any possibility to be introduced to the Hall of Fame. Barry Larkin claims that those that have ever taken forbidden preparations should receive similar suspension. They must not be in the Hall of Fame.
Barry Larkin has played during the steroid era. He doesn’t desire to blame those that have played with and against him. He doesn’t make hasty conclusions about other baseball players. Barry Larkin notices that no any sportsman should be blamed, if his guilt has not been proven. He remains to be innocent until it will be evident that he has really applied steroids and/or other related preparations.
Barry Larkin also participates in teaching young athletes about risks associated with administration of anabolic steroids. He has formed a charity foundation that has been called after his name. So, the former successful baseball player puts substantial efforts to make baseball clean. He convinces young athletes not to apply steroids and other performance-enhancing drugs. Barry Larkin wants to see baseball drug-free.
