Is synthol responsible for largest arms in world?

Moustafa Ismail, an Egyptian bodybuilder, has the largest arms in the world. His name was recorded in the Guinness book of the world records. This person affirms that his large arms are natural. Moustafa Ismail claims that he has the largest biceps in the world because he has too strict diets and workouts. Moustafa Ismail eats chickens, almonds and fish every day. The bodybuilder also consumes much water and protein shakes.
However it is evident that nutrition and workouts have essential role, many individuals doubt about natural arms of Moustafa Ismail. It is difficult to believe that appropriate trainings and diets can cause such enhancement in arms. Which factors are responsible for the large arms of the Egyptian bodybuilder?
When it was reported that Moustafa Ismail’s arms were 32 inches, accusations related to application of steroids appeared soon. Some individuals suggest that anabolic steroids are responsible for the massive arms of this guy. What did Moustafa Ismail say about usage of steroids? He said that he had taken anabolic steroids while living in Egypt. Purchase and usage of these products are legal under laws of this country. These medications are available at any pharmacy in Egypt. Moreover, anabolic steroids are not expensive there. But Moustafa Ismail said that he had to discontinue administering these products, when he moved to the USA. It is know that purchase and usage of these medicines without a prescription are claimed to be illegal under laws of the US. These products are purchased on the black market by those that take them in the US illegally. Thus, Moustafa Ismail discontinued taking these drugs after he moved to the USA.
But if even Moustafa Ismail administers steroids, it doesn’t matter because these products don’t enhance arms. They are not responsible for the bodybuilder’s large arms.
There are other remedies that can enhance arms. They are named “site enhancement oils” (SEO). Synthol is one of the most frequently used SEO. This preparation is applied by bodybuilders. It is administered in order to enhance muscles in circumference. Thus, it is supposed that Moustafa Ismail applies Synthol. However, the Egyptian bodybuilder affirms that he doesn’t use this remedy.
The Egyptian bodybuilder claims that he is hurt by accusations related to steroids and Synthol. He has been subjected to examination conducted by an independent doctor that hasn’t seen any abnormality in the arms of this person. Thus, it is unclear whether the bodybuilder’s arms are natural or not.
