The state Department of Health decided to stop activity of the pharmacy. Peter Del Toro lost pharmacist license.
He could be sentenced to 20-year imprisonment.
It is believed that Treasure Coast Pharmacy produced great amounts of steroids and HGH. The owner and pharmacist, Peter Del Toro filled more than 80% of the prescriptions. As it is known, these medicines were as well transported to certain other places.
Treasure Coast Pharmacy was as well connected with clinics owned by Forgione. Now Forgione is in a federal prison.
